A Half Life Start inc was founded back in 2013 by our CEO Christopher Crespo. His vision was to remove barriers for people to live their passions. He started with doing live entertainment creating events that would showcase peoples talent where they didn’t have an opportunity before. In 2019 he met our CFO Francisco Ponce and the two have taken the brand to new heights. The HLS vision at its core has stayed the same “Passion in People”.

“Ever since I was a little kid, I’ve just had this creativity in me. Once I got older I started to appreciate art of all types. I love creating art. My love for music helps with my creative process too. Constantly doing self portrait work always with lyrics as the captions, to describe my thoughts going into them. So when I got asked to set up all the videos for the original Weeb Night, I was pumped. Worked closely with Chop on it. Second time around, the HLS crew said, “Why don’t you do the visuals live with Chop instead of prerecorded?” First time I stepped on stage at the next Weeb Night I fell in love with VJing. Being able to try out new filters, graphics, animations, helps me grow artistically. I love seeing everyone in the crowd with a smile on their faces, having fun, and knowing that I’m helping contribute tio that. Makes me proud to see how far I’ve come.”
